Raffles Corporate Solutions | Shield Claims Executive Review and process claims in accordance with Shield policy contract and guidelines. Ensuring claim settlement is concluded within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). Check data entry processes to ensure compliance with minimal error. Liaison personnel with medical institutions for medical reports and issuance of Letter of Guarantee. Analysis workflow processes and streamline when necessary for efficiency. To coach and train junior staff. Embrace technology and seek enhancement of existing system and participate in IT discussion/UAT testing. Any other projects assigned as and when required. Job Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills Meticulous and detailed at work Analytical Positive and objective mindset Innovative and Problem Solver Be a leader of initiatives and projects, contributing with a mind open to changes and improvements Able to work independently and fast learner Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadline in a fast-paced environment Strong customer oriented Team player Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)Degree holders (preferably with minimum 3 years of related work experience)Though not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with some experience in the insurance Industry preferably with experience handling Group Insurance / Shield products Thank you.
