Job Title: Manager, Resident/Patient Outreach & Engagement

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Resident/Patient Outreach & Engagement efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive engagement and participation in community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to promote community health programs and increase resident engagement.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to drive awareness and sign-ups for regional health initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in email marketing or member engagement.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and email platforms.
  • Operationally strong and process-driven with a focus on execution.
  • Familiarity with best practices in consent and data management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-team collaborations.
