Job Responsibilities Provide technical support and solutions to resolve user issues effectively and improve productivity. Manage IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems, ensuring proper maintenance, patching, and compliance. Proactively prevent outages and minimize disruptions to systems and services. Identify outdated technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements to maintain a reliable IT environment. Support AV and IT equipment setup for departmental events. Promote adoption of Google Workspace (GWS) and related applications in line with the company’s cloud-first strategy. Assist with IT support tasks such as obtaining vendor quotes, onboarding new users, and configuring software/hardware. Collaborate with internal teams (Groupware, Infrastructure, Security) to test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1–2 years of IT support or operations experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and applications. Analytical and problem-solving ability to resolve issues and follow through to completion. Proficient in information gathering, analysis, and reporting. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
