**Job Title:** Bar Operations Director
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all bar outlets. This will include overseeing stock levels, managing staff schedules, maintaining quality control and ensuring a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory across all outlets to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain open communication with F&B Operations Managers and Outlet Heads on operational matters.

**Requirements:**
