Bar Operations Lead

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Bar Operations professional who can lead the team with precision, ensuring seamless bar operations that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the bartending team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensuring adherence to high operational standards in the bar area.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain the highest quality of beverages served.
  • Recognizing and engaging with regular guests, communicating their preferences to the Restaurant Manager for personalized service.
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of guests' requests without delays.
  • Promptly recording and reporting any guest complaints to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Developing strategies to promote loyalty and retention among our guests, maintaining a robust customer database, and personalizing services to create a loyal customer base.
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in designing and implementing training programs tailored to meet the needs of the bartending team.
  • Attending team briefings as required and performing miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by management.
