About this Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations across various platforms. They must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and logistics issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process customer orders promptly through our eCommerce platforms with high accuracy.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels for packaging, raise procurement requests when stocks fall below safety thresholds, and conduct regular checks to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers or internal procurement teams for restocking requirements and perform quality control checks on incoming eCommerce stock.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback timely and professionally, resolving delivery issues in a satisfactory manner.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Monitor online platforms for stock availability, product presentation, and accurate descriptions; support daily operations of online sales channels, including product listings, price updates, and promotional activities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and inventory management purposes.
Requirements

To succeed in this E-commerce Admin position, you should have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination (preferably 1-3 years).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and courier portals.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills for handling customer and logistics issues.
  • Language proficiency in Chinese to liaise with China suppliers and vendors.
  • Positive work attitude with willingness to learn.
