Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to handle the coordination of shipments, warehouse operations, and inventory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate logistics and warehouse operations: Receive, store, and dispatch goods efficiently.
  2. Generate accurate inventory reports: Record and report inventory levels to ensure up-to-date stock records.
  3. Maintain organized records: Ensure accurate and organized records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  4. Collaborate with the team and work independently: Meet deadlines and achieve goals while working collaboratively.
  5. Minimum 1 year of related experience: Candidates with experience in billing, preferably in a fast-paced environment, are preferred.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
