We are seeking a highly skilled FX Product Manager to join our team at RECRUIT AVENUE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Private Banking FX Product and Advisory Platform, owning the FX P/L, and providing secondary support to Structured Products business.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Advisory: Develop and implement executable ideas for the FX platform, leveraging research, industry intelligence, and client feedback.
- Product Platform: Set up access to a full range of FX offerings, manage relationships with major counterparties, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Sales: Provide trading ideas, market information, and sales tools to Investment Consultants and RMs, and develop marketing materials.
- Project and Process Owner: Own, manage, and drive all FX related projects, and work with stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate discussions.
- Detailed knowledge of FX analysis and markets.
- Experience in FX sales, advisory, and managing platforms.
- End-to-end knowledge of product cycle.
- Understanding of Financial Markets and key investment concepts.
- Understanding of portfolio construction and Risk Management concepts.
- Some project management experience, experience in owning and/or driving Projects.
- Some experience in systems and process engineering/handling.
- Some exposure or knowledge in Structured Products preferred.
- Legal & Regulatory knowledge.
- Strong in Mandarin to interact with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
- CACS certified.
