**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of working experience in Japanese restaurants and possess excellent leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Create staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints promptly
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards among employees
  • Provide regular reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

**Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Japanese restaurants
  • Experience in high-end restaurants or serving discerning customers is an asset
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed

**Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary + AWS + meal allowances ($10/day)
- Working hours: 10.30am - 3.30pm, 5pm - 11pm (closed on Sun and Mon)
- 14 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day each year)
