Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. Key responsibilities include:
  • • Developing and executing growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends
    • Building relationships with prospective clients and negotiating contracts
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
    • Identifying and addressing customer needs through effective communication and solution-oriented approach

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • • Proven experience as a business development manager or equivalent role
    • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and business operations
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
