Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support across various HR functions including employee lifecycle administration, records maintenance, and HR system updates.
- Provide support in all aspects of HR administration including onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and other employee-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, benefits, and performance data.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for temporary manpower supply, insurance, training, and employee benefits.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and communications in compliance with company standards and local legislation.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in HR administration.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as TimeSoft and SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with HR processes, documentation, and employment legislation in Singapore.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with staff at all levels.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
