Director of Regional Growth and Development

This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, building partnerships with ecosystem players, and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in public-private partnerships, strategic operations, and project management. They will be able to strategize, structure, and negotiate internal-external partnerships, and have a deep understanding of the high technology and semiconductor industry.

The Director of Regional Growth and Development will work closely with senior management, functions, and BUs to drive change, improve operations, build partnerships, leverage public-private partnerships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, relationship manager, and problem solver. The ability to navigate ambiguity and a highly matrix organization is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any engineering or science-related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and will be required to travel occasionally (10% of the time).
