As a Senior Manager, Regional Products, you will forge strategic Telco and merchant partnerships to create exciting and sustainable value propositions for end consumers. You will lead the development of digital ecosystems and execute plans for a regional rewards program.

Make an Impact by

  • Managing regional partnership programs and activities, including commercialization, technology integration, and contractual obligations.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities in the ICT sector.
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients and industries that can benefit from Singtel's ICT products and services.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring favorable terms for Singtel.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential partners and opportunities for future growth.
  • Developing business cases to onboard partners and working with stakeholders and vendors to launch new solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, sales, marketing, marketing communications, and customer care to launch new solutions.
  • Conducting post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.
  • Performing various other duties, projects, and responsibilities as needed.

Skills for Success

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working on projects for large corporations or MNCs.
  • Familiarity with the digital economy (e-commerce).
  • Strong telco knowledge.
  • Regional exposure, able to engage and manage success factors across regional markets.
  • Able to develop business partnerships with legal teams and advise on contractual obligations.
  • Competent and experienced in marketing skills in areas of product development, business development, management, customer management, and/or innovation.
  • Able to understand and navigate the complexity of MNC org structures.
  • Willing to travel overseas for business trips (quarterly or as required).
  • Proficient in developing business cases and simulations, using MS Office tools – Word, PPT, Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, formulas).
  • Prior leadership experience advantageous.
