- We are seeking an experienced Regional Recruitment Consultant to join our team in this exciting role.
**Role Overview
Develop strong partnerships with small, medium and large-size healthcare teams to understand and assess their unique healthcare manpower challenges. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR recruitment initiatives aligned with their business objectives. Co-lead regional recruitment activities ensuring timely and quality placement of healthcare professionals. Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Assist clients in developing and implementing HR solutions. Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions. Conduct online and onsite interviews for job applicants and facilitate their onboarding.**What We Offer
- A competitive compensation package including $80,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Human Resources or a related field.
- Min 2 years experience in human resources or employment agency background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, self-driven and independent professional.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and willingness to learn.
