Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Working Hours: 5.25 days office hours, alternate Saturday half day.
Location: Clementi (Transport from Jurong East MRT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients.
  • Accurately prepare and label prescriptions according to prescriptions or medication orders.
  • Manage medication inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking medication supplies.
  • Perform drug preparation duties, including measuring, counting, and mixing medications.
  • Provide patient counseling under the supervision of the pharmacist on proper medication usage and side effects.
  • Assist with maintaining pharmacy records and patient information.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers regarding prescription issues and medication clarifications.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Manage prescription refills and process insurance claims.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
