Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Smooth Operations: Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of guest relations at all times.
- Leading Service Associates: Supervising and guiding service associates in their daily activities to ensure excellent guest experience.
- Enhancing Guest Loyalty: Developing strategies to enhance guest loyalty scores and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Fulfilling Guest Requests: Ensuring that guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Hospitality Industry Experience: A minimum of [SGD 4000 - SGD 6000] per month salary, preferably with relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Team Player: A self-starter who can work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Education Background: Preferably from a hotel management-related education background.
