Workforce Planning and Analytics Expert

Description:

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the workforce planning and analytics function, ensuring it provides accurate manpower reporting and supports HR business requirements. The successful candidate will establish a framework for data collection, identify issues, clean, and perform integrity checks across systems to achieve accurate reports.

The role involves designing and developing dashboards to analyze trends and provide meaningful HR metrics and insights for manpower planning. This includes engaging stakeholders, proposing recommended solutions through data analysis, and driving business decisions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage the workforce planning and analytics function and HRIS to provide workforce planning and solutions to support HR business requirements and digital transformation.

  • Establish framework and workflow process for manpower data collection; identify data issues, cleaning, and integrity checks across systems to achieve accurate manpower reporting.

  • Design and develop dashboards to analyze trends and provide meaningful HR metrics and insights for manpower planning.

  • Engage and influence stakeholders and propose recommended solutions through data analysis to drive business decisions, process improvements, and supports strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with Finance to support the annual headcount budgeting process.

  • Implement and manage HRIS solutions and support.

  • Monitor and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are reviewed and up to date and comply with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in HRM or a related field and post-graduate qualification in HRM.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in manpower planning and analytics and/or HRIS, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analytical tools and HR technology software, including Workday.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Able to exercise flexibility and creativity while maintaining a fair approach in problem-solving and execution of processes, policies, etc.

  • Meticulous with a keen eye for numbers and details.
