
Sales Commercial Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the end-to-end commercialization of new products — from internal coordination to customer presentations and successful market launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Production, Procurement) to ensure timely and effective product development and launch readiness
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to support ongoing product success, including presenting new product proposals, managing feedback, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Source new products, including trading items, and manage the full evaluation process — covering sample testing, pricing, packaging, and commercial feasibility
- Build and maintain relationships with both existing and new suppliers to ensure responsiveness, reliability, and alignment with project requirements
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, pricing benchmarks, packaging trends, and product insights
- Monitor broader FMCG and food trends to support internal awareness and future planning
- Track, manage, and support the execution of multiple ongoing projects with attention to detail, timelines, and business priorities
- Provide ad hoc support to the Business Development team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Commercially aware, self-driven, and proactive in identifying and solving business challenges
- Ability to analyze market data and trends and translate them into actionable insights
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and presentations
- Familiarity with the convenience retail segment is a strong advantage
