A Guest Service Ambassador is a vital role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This position plays a key part in providing warm and professional welcome to our guests, efficiently managing front desk operations, responding promptly to guest enquiries and feedback, accurately maintaining and updating guest records, liaising with internal departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed efficiently, and promoting hotel amenities and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
- Maintain and update guest records accurately in the system
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed efficiently
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Requirements
- Prior experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging, with guests from all walks of life
- Resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
- Willingness to learn — full training will be provided
- Passion for delivering great service and creating memorable guest interactions
- Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays
