Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk duties, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant and outgoing personality, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be required to follow standards set by the company and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive
  • Oversee front desk duties such as collecting payments & booking of appointments
  • Attend to customer inquires
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Dress well and look presentable
  • Service-oriented and hardworking
  • Must follow standards set by company
