Job Description

A Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience. This involves managing staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining facilities, and contributing to marketing and financial performance.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising sales staff; scheduling shifts and monitoring performance.
  • Operational Management: Ensuring smooth daily operations, including appointment scheduling, facility maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Client Experience: Addressing customer needs and concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Assisting with budget planning, tracking revenue, and managing inventory.
  • Marketing & Sales: Promoting the store's services, developing marketing strategies, and participating in sales initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the store adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
