Job Description:

As a retail store supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Your responsibilities will include managing store operations, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock levels, and inventory control.
  • Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor staff performance to meet expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints, maintain high service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders with suppliers, minimize wastage, and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Ensure accurate cash management and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Maintain records related to staff, inventory, finances, and operations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.
