We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and deepen customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing new business opportunities and fostering long-term customer engagement.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.\
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.\
  • Develop monthly plans to achieve sales targets and meet new business and customer acquisition goals.\
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to participate in promotional activities for customer acquisition.\
  • Identify and pursue individual prospects to expand the customer base.\
  • Provide high-quality after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.\
  • Implement strategies to prevent customer attrition and retention initiatives.\
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies, and other organizations.\

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client acquisition and account management.\
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products.\
  • Experience in managing India and NRI markets is a plus.\
  • Good command of Hindi language is required.\
