The Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales or government liaison, as well as a deep understanding of energy infrastructure and market entry strategy.
- Identify and engage potential LNG buyers, regasification operators, IPPs and industrial offtakes in target regions.
- Represent the company at industry events, state-level meetings, and business forums
- Develop local market intelligence, monitor regulatory frameworks and LNG-related developments.
- Support preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and follow-up communications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in energy markets, preferably in LNG or natural gas.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or government liaison.
- Deep understanding of energy infrastructure and market entry strategy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Local/regional market knowledge is a strong advantage.
