Research Scientist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished research scientist to join our team. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for advancing the field of electrodynamics through innovative research and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth computational analysis of electron-photon and electron-matter interactions in the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) regime.
  • Develop sophisticated software tools for modeling complex electromagnetic phenomena using languages such as C++ and Python.
  • Collaborate with senior researchers to formulate novel theories related to EUV generation, grounded in Maxwell's equations and quantum electrodynamics/quantum field theory.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier journals and present at leading international conferences.
  • Support principal investigators in grant writing and provide logistical assistance for laboratory operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in electrodynamics simulation techniques.
  • Proficiency in C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Excellent understanding of theoretical physics and mathematical physics.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and present results effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to work under pressure, independence, timeliness, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
