Restaurant Leadership Role

The position of Assistant Manager is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our restaurants. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in implementing and developing training programs.

The ideal candidate will have F&B experience and be able to work under pressure within a team of international professionals. You will be expected to greet and coordinate the seating of guests, recognise regular customers and highlight their preferences to the Restaurant Manager.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting with staff development and implementation of training programs.
  • Taking and scheduling reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Recognising and rewarding repeat customers by highlighting their preferences to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Promoting the restaurant by establishing a loyal customer base and maintaining a database of regular customers.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Participating in monthly stock takes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the restaurant.
