The Role
Able to prepare basic beverages according to standards.
Responsible for daily outlet operations and overseeing guest dining experiences.
Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests.
Train and motivate staff to uphold high service and presentation standards.
Maintain good working relationships with other departments through effective communication and cooperation.
Well-versed in cashiering processes.
Assist in developing policies, procedures, and budgets.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Talent Profile
Current team leader or supervisor in a 5-star hotel’s All Day Dining restaurant with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
Flexible and adaptable.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Tech-savvy and computer literate.
Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
