F&B Service Team Leader

As a Service Team Leader, you will be working in the hotel's All Day Dining restaurant and responsible for the following:Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant. Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel. Ensure that SOPs, policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed. Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel. Perform opening and closing of cashier Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
