Compensation and Benefits Manager

This role will be part of the Human Capital organization in a multinational bank and report to the Head and Senior Vice President.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in the area of compensation & benefits by managing rewards programs and providing advisory support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Design and manage total rewards programs across all job levels in line with the Bank's philosophy.
  • Participate in job and salary benchmarking, analyze market data results, and recommend competitive rewards strategies.
  • Prepare manpower budgets and analyze costs.
  • Develop and update rewards-related policies in various modes of communication.
  • Prepare reports and decks as required.
Requirements

A degree holder with at least 6-8 years of direct experience in Compensation & Benefits is required.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, managing, and implementing rewards plans/programmes in medium/large organizations.

Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies including legislative regulations and compliance is necessary.

The candidate must be meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic business acumen, strong project management, and stakeholder management skills are also required.

Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills, particularly in macro, dashboard, workplace analytics, and accounting entries, are advantageous.

Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Banking sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
