Commercialization and Packaging Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic leader for commercializing and optimizing packaging solutions across the beverages business. This role involves driving the development, reapplication, and launch of innovative packaging solutions to meet market demands and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and reapplication of packaging solutions for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product/packaging meets all requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of packaging prototypes and conduct trials for validation.
  • Source and qualify packaging suppliers, drive packaging supplier quality, and material quality.
  • Troubleshoot packaging material and product process for efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and brand-aligned packaging designs.
  • Manage packaging testing, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement commercialization strategies for new product innovations.
  • Coordinate with various teams for timely and effective product launches.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer preferences for informed commercialization plans.
  • Develop and execute product scale-up and manufacturing plans.
  • Establish relationships with packaging suppliers and vendors, manage supplier performance.
  • Implement quality control processes, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of packaging engineers and specialists, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing training opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in commercialization and packaging leadership, with experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing commercialization strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
