Job Title: Cash Transaction Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Cash Transaction Specialist is to handle and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform scheduled opening and emptying of table and gaming machine drop boxes.
  • Handle heavy items, including heavy boxes, and perform cash counting duties in the soft count room as required.
  • Bulk batching of counted money is performed on a scheduled basis.
  • Drop box sealing for gaming tables is carried out when necessary.
  • Cash float replenishment for Kiosks is an essential task.
  • Compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and service standards are paramount.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years as per relevant regulatory authority.
  • A minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in banking, cashiering, or cash handling is preferred but not required.
  • Good numerical sense, attention to detail, high levels of integrity, dependability, and good team player skills are essential.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with casino operations, drop-box procedures, and electronic counting equipment is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is expected.
