Cash Transaction Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Cash Transaction Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily financial activities. This position requires someone with excellent cash handling and record management skills, as well as strong administrative abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cash Handling: Accurately process all cash transactions including receipts, payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Petty Cash Administration: Manage our petty cash fund and prepare regular cash flow statements to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Financial Document Security: Safeguard sensitive financial documents and maintain confidentiality to prevent loss or theft.
- Bank Liaison: Assist with bank account administration and coordinate with banks as required for various tasks.
- Accounting Support: Collaborate with accountants to ensure seamless execution of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide support for other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
