Job Title

 

 Financial Transaction Processor (Accounts Payable)

 

  •   Ensure timely and accurate processing of suppliers' invoices and credit notes

  •   Validate purchase by performing 3 way system matching of invoice, purchase order and receiving. Review, reconcile and resolve the invoice discrepancies

  •   Process Petty Cash transactions and work with the Petty Cash custodian Team on the reconciliation and cash top up

  •   Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system to ensure easy retrieval of financial documents

 

Responsibilities:

  •   Perform data entry and processing tasks accurately and efficiently

  •   Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable

  •   Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

  •   Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

 

Requirements

 

  •   Proven experience in Accounts Payable or similar field

  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  •   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
