**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient processing of financial transactions.

  • Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness to ensure timely approvals.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections.
  • Support remittance and deposit placement activities to maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling to mitigate risk.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external stakeholders' queries.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all loan files and perform daily reconciliations and audit confirmations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Loan Operations or Credit Administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.
