Organisational Transformation Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Organisational Transformation Specialist.

  • We are seeking a seasoned change professional with expertise in organisational design and development.
  • The successful candidate will work strategically to develop and implement effective organisational transformation strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:

The role entails the following key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement organisational transformation initiatives to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive change management strategies and plans, inclusive of stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership support, training, and capability building.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and teams to deliver and coordinate organisational transformation activities and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure concerns are well understood and proactively managed.
  • Manage and coordinate all activities and initiatives identified within the organisational transformation strategy and plan.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • PROSCI Change Management Practitioner Certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Change Manager on enterprise projects or programs, demonstrating high levels of interpersonal effectiveness, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating, change analysis and planning, and delivery and embedding change.
  • Experience working in high-risk safety organisations (e.g. maritime, mining, processing).
  • Experience delivering change using hybrid planned change and agile methodology.
  • Experience implementing multiple types of change (e.g. cultural, technology, process re-design, restructuring etc).
  • Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent workstreams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.
  • Highly experienced in developing multi-media information resources needed to support communication, engagement and building knowledge and capability.
  • Occasional travel to operation sites, including international travel, may be required.
