Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resource Leader to oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant labor laws, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include leading and supporting HR audits, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR trends, and recommending updates to policies and practices as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking staff.
