Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Associate to provide administrative support to our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, collating reports, and supporting store management, security, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Operations Team in processing invoices and collating reports
- Assist in store management, including inventory management and SAP transactions
- Support security tasks, including fire emergencies and visitor management
- Perform administrative duties, including reception, triage, and managing inquiry lines
- Verify invoices for payment and monitor contract schedules
- Support the Executive/Operations Manager in reports and improvement projects
- Provide analytical reports on statistics/data collected by the department
- Support supplier and vendor management
- Minimum O Level, preferably Diploma qualifications
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Experience in SAP system is an added advantage
- IT savvy and knowledge of G Suite applications
- Possess organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidential information and possess a high level of integrity
- Team player with good interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under a tight timeline
