Job Description

As an Admin and Operations Assistant at EnGenius Networks Singapore Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include managing purchasing information and systems, inventory management, and providing sales support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing information and systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain safe stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales orders, delivery orders, and update stock levels as needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and daily inventory reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with forwarders to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Work closely with the operations and finance departments to resolve sales and purchase-related matters.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin.
