About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to drive initiative management, strategy, and governance for digital assets in APAC. As a key member of the Digital Asset Center of Excellence team in Singapore, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and initiative roadmap, ensuring successful outcomes, and identifying new opportunities within the digital asset ecosystem.

You will work closely with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure alignment with regional compliance standards.

In this dynamic role, you will become a subject matter expert across the group, advising and speaking on all things blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiative Management:

  • Drive digital asset management in APAC, including support setting the strategy and initiative roadmap.
  • Collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Support regulatory, compliance, and risk engagements to ensure alignment with regional compliance standards.

Expertise:

  • Become a subject matter expert across the group, advising and speaking on all things blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets.
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure, a passion for digital assets, and experience in project management.

Candidates should have demonstrated project management experience in managing portfolios of initiatives across different functions, great communication skills, public speaking experience, and strong analytical and conceptual skills.

A good understanding of legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region, is essential.
