About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our Digital Assets Initiative in the APAC region. The successful candidate will lead strategy development, governance, and portfolio management, collaborating with business divisions to define priorities and manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish. They will engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for digital asset initiatives in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with regional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and outcomes, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets, advising on these topics as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure.
  • Passion for digital assets and distributed ledger/blockchain technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects/products in the Digital Asset/Fintech space.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A good understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region.
