We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management Professional to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our revenue strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hotel's revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of revenue professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement strategic revenue plans, driving incremental growth through optimized pricing, yield management, and distribution strategies
- Collaborate with departments across the hotel to foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and drive business outcomes
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain competitive and innovative
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury international brand hotel, preferably in a revenue management or related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and revenue management systems (e.g., Envision/Reserve)
