Job Title: Patient Service Liaison
- Assist in the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
- Attend to walk-in patients and respond promptly to phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Book appointments for patients, managing schedules with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle patient registration and admission processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collect and manage patient information, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support clinical staff in various aspects of patient care, including but not limited to vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to process improvements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, fostering a culture of compassion and respect.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills, experience with electronic medical records, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
