">Key Responsibilities- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments with patients and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors, and nurses.
- Registration: Accurately register patients and their information into the hospital system.
- Supportive Care: Provide basic medical care assistance to doctors and nurses as needed.
- Data Entry: Enter patient data accurately and efficiently into the hospital system.
- Communication: Handle phone calls and inquiries from patients and provide timely responses.
- Education: Minimum GCE N/O or 'A' Levels / Diploma and above.
- Industry Knowledge: Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.
- Training: No experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Availability: Able to start work immediately.
