Patient Care Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Liaison Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our international patients throughout their journey in the hospital.
Your role will involve coordinating care, working closely with other departments to address patient queries, scheduling appointments, and facilitating admissions. You will serve as a central point of contact for patients and their families, offering support before, during, and after treatment.
One of your key responsibilities will be collaborating with local and international insurance agencies to facilitate appointment arrangements and pre-authorization processes for patients seeking medical care at our hospital.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with foreign patients and their families. Experience in a healthcare setting and fluency in multiple languages will be highly valued.
- A diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification is required, along with 4 years of relevant working experience.
- You must possess a service-oriented mindset and a proven track record of performance.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
