Lazada is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Acquisition Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and supporting the acquisition of potential sellers while serving as a business consultant to Lazada's online business owners/sellers.

Your primary objectives will be to maximize our seller base by acquiring new sellers, redeveloping relationships with existing sellers, and assisting in onboarding top potential sellers for successful business growth.

Responsibilities include managing a team to acquire online and offline sellers, constructing pitches to convince them to join Lazada, and maintaining strong relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders.

You will also collaborate closely with the incubation team to support sellers' growth and provide a positive seller journey. Performance analysis and reporting are key aspects of this role, requiring you to present progress weekly and monthly.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, be computer savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A minimum of 3 years of experience in cold calling, business development, and/or account management is required, along with organizational skills, quick typing skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 6,000 - 8,000 per month, depending on experience.
