Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify and engage with potential clients, resulting in new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals that address each client's unique requirements, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore opportunities in both new and current markets, developing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate effective sales strategies, including lead follow-up and prospecting, to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
