Guest Experience Manager

At Singapore Zoological Gardens, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Guest Experience Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Experience Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and enjoyable time at our wildlife parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support to visitors, responding to their enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to enhance guest experience and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our wildlife parks, including their attractions, exhibits, and services, to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with the training and development of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Contribute to the development of reports and analysis to inform business decisions and improve guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field, such as hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wildlife or tourism setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve guest complaints and issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
