Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experiences Executive to partner with our innovative restaurant in providing exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive updates to the Restaurant Manager regarding day-to-day operations.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service standards by promptly and courteously attending to guests, ensuring their dining experience is delightful.
  • Meticulously set up the restaurant for opening, ensuring tables are arranged and prepared according to established standards.
  • Answer calls, note down booking reservations, and update accordingly.
  • Extend a warm and genuine welcome to all arriving guests, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
  • Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guests' likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when addressing guest complaints or issues, promptly escalating matters to management while proactively seeking resolution.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
  • Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assertive and adaptable, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
