**Job Title:** Strategy and Planning Manager
This is a leadership role in the social service sector, focused on driving strategic initiatives to enhance sustainable philanthropy.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong financial acumen and expertise in financial modeling capabilities to lead our strategic planning efforts.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in strategic planning and/or policy development, with a strong understanding of the social service/fundraising landscape in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental scanning and sector research, creating data-driven value propositions, and designing strategies to address structural challenges within the sector and landscape.
They will also perform in-depth business analysis, establish and maintain strategic partnerships, prepare policy papers, and develop strategic messaging to position us as the preferred philanthropic partner within the social service sector.
In addition, the candidate will be expected to lead projects and assignments as required.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
* Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling capabilities
* Prior experience working in strategic planning and/or policy development (Preferred)
* Knowledge of social service/fundraising landscape will be an added advantage
* Only Singaporeans eligible
This is a 2-years contract position, with a possibility to be converted to a permanent position. The salary range is competitive, commensurate with experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
