">As a QAQC Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing effective in-process quality control systems, promoting best practices in quality control, and leading project teams in the preparation and execution of quality management assessments. You will also perform daily QA/QC inspections, compile and submit monthly reports, conduct training sessions, and issue non-compliance reports.

If you have a background in either architectural or structural disciplines, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a QAQC Manager or Assistant QAQC Manager, and a solid understanding of construction quality control and assurance practices, we encourage you to apply.

- Perform daily QA/QC inspections">

- Conduct monthly QA/QC training sessions for subcontractors">
- Issue non-compliance reports to subcontractors and follow up on corrective actions">
- Attend monthly QA/QC meetings and presentations with the Corporate QA/QC Department">
- Cary out regular inspections to verify that works are executed in accordance with approved method statements, BCA's Good Industry Practice, and client/consultant requirements">
- Coordinate with BCA for CONQUAS and Quality Mark (QM) assessments">
- Collaborate closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction activities meet CONQUAS standards">
Requirements:

- Must have BCA-Approved CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate">
